Refund policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Items must be returned in the original clean condition and preferably the same packaging. Items that are soiled, fragranced, torn, or damaged by the fault of the consumer/customer will NOT be refunded. 

You can exchange a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it or receive a store credit (gift card). Any product you send back must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

DUE TO HIGH DEMAND, OUR ORDERS WILL TAKE UP 48 HOURS TO PROCESS AND SHIP OUT

Team Soca accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are shipped from our New York location via United States Postal Service. Orders are processed and shipped on Monday – Friday. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped during the following business day.

Please make sure your information on your order is accurate upon checkout. Please note that if your shipping address is different from your billing address, we may require additional information. Customer service will contact you via email. If our customer service is unable to contact you, it may delay the processing of your order and lead to a cancellation.

**Priority shipping service is not guaranteed to arrive on a particular day. Delivery may be delayed because of circumstances beyond our control. Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Box, APO/FPO orders will arrive within 3-15 business days. All packages are sent via United States Postal Services.

CANADA SHIPPING RATES

We ship to all Canadian provinces. Canada Customs May Delay Shipping.

Canada shipping usually arrives within 5 – 7 business days from the shipped date, excluding Sundays and holidays. Delivery dates are not guaranteed, delivery may be delayed by mail carrier because of circumstances beyond our control.
